Please be advised that in the coming weeks, we will be updating Grandstream ATA configurations to improve security on the CallTower network. The first round of updates will be performed on Tuesday, November 3rd, from 11:00 PM until Wednesday, November 4th, at 3:00 AM EDT.

Affected customers will be notified from our other notification channel, notify@notify.gomomentum.com.

During these maintenances most customers will not see any impact to services. However, some devices may fail the network’s new validation tests and require manual validation by our support team. If your Grandstream device does not register after this maintenance, please contact us. Have the device’s MAC address and associated telephone number ready so our support team can assist you.
